Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Standard Listed Products:-
Upon receipt of order, we usually take 2-3 working days to process the same & arrange the dispatch. Considering the usual course of business & the shipping time taken by the logistics partner, your mattress should reach you within 8 working days.

Customized Products:-
Customized products requires special care in terms of measurement & dimensions and preferences etc, hence it tentatively takes 3-4 workings to process such order & dispatch the final product. Considering the usual course of business & the shipping time taken by the logistics partner, your product should reach you within 10-11 working days time.

Kindly note that we shall be sending notifications regarding the status of order processing & dispatch in a timely fashion. However, there may be a delay due to the dependency on logistics partner & also due to any unforseseen circumstances. However, those circumstances will not be compared with usual course of business & in such situation we shall ensure that the mattress is delivered within the turn around time specified as above. In any given situation, if there is a delay, we shall be in constant contact with the relevant parties in order to accomodate a smooth process of delivery. Note:- For B2B requirements, the above TAT may vary depending upon the order and the course of shipping the product will be discussed and agreed over mutual terms.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Your products comes with a defined period of warranty (varies from product to products - same is mentioned on each product page). We cover limited warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship and material (excluding covers, fabric, accessories, designs & quilting if present) where we will arrange to repair or replace your product on analysis. Such will be at the discretion & advice of 'Guru Kripa Enterprises' brand owner of Woodberg® Furnishings.

For return/replacement requests on initial stage i.e. on receipt of product for the first time (applies on replaced product also) a request/intimation needs to be filed with us using our contact channels within 72 hours. This applies in case if there is a manufacturing defect or damage in transit.

Upon receipt of returns/replacement request we shall process the same internally within 5-7 working days & the case will be assigned to an expert who will then contact you accordingly. Since the expert needs to analyse the highlighted issue(s), the process may involve sending/receiving data like images, videos, weather conditions, etc. to assist the expert in understanding the issue well & deliver a fair solution. In such case, a full co-operation is needed by the consumer to help our expert to reach on a conclusion. Our expert may also insists on a Video Call to understand the issue better. We appreciate to receive a full co-operation from the consumers in a given scenario to help us reach a fair decision & provide a quick resolution.

Any return acceptance or a replacement shall happen within the compliance of the terms mentioned in our limited warranty description. Also, any request or complaint made by the consumer if appears to be unsubstantiated to our expert upon analysis, such will be rejected immediately & may also impact the warranty coverage under circumstances where the damage to the product has occurred due to non-adherence of our care instructions advised. In such scenario, warranty shall be considered void upon careful & non-biased review by an expert of

'Guru Kripa Enterprises'.
